Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to assess residents, develop individualized health and service plans, and support residents through the aging process. Supervise, train, and support unlicensed staff, including competency training, staffing coordination, TB testing, and on-call assistance. Assist with resident admissions, maintain resident records, respond to emergency situations, and partner closely with leadership to support daily community operations.
