Description Registered Nurse (RN) **Sign on Bonus Eligible** Conifer Park is looking for Full-time Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team in Glenville, NY. You will assess physical, psychosocial, self-care, environmental, and discharge planning needs of patients. Developing an individualized plan of care based on data obtained from all sources, while implementing clinical care, nursing and medical orders. May assume the duties of charge nurse on unit under the director of the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing. SCHEDULES: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday Saturday. Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday. 7:00am - 7:00pm Week 1: Sund, Mond, Tuesd, Thurs, Frid | Week 2: Mond, Tues, Wed, Frid, Sat || 3:00pm - 11:30pm 3 Days a Week || 7:00am-7:00pm + Rotating Weekends $8,000 SIGN-ON BONUS (Based on 40 hours, will be prorated based on hours): $2,000 after completion of the orientation period, $2,000 after six (6) months of continuous employment, and $4,000 after one (1) year of continuous employment. Requirements NY State RN License, with a minimum 1-year experience in acute care/mental health nursing, CPR Certification required, and experience working with substance abuse preferred.
