How you’ll contribute A RN Coordinator House Supervisors who excels in this role: * Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels. * Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. * Assesses and ensures quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs. What we’re looking for  The right person will be responsible for providing leadership and direction in accordance with organizational and departmental philosophy and goals.  Acts as the supervisor on duty to make management decisions, provide direction and supervision with operational issues for all hospital departments. Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
