Key Responsibilities: * Patient Care: Assess, triage, and stabilize patients with varying degrees of acute illness or injury in a 35-bed unit. * Clinical Procedures: Administer medications, perform wound care, insert IVs, and assist with life-saving interventions. * Monitoring & Evaluation: Continuously monitor vital signs, document changes, and initiate corrective actions based on assessment. * Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records (EMR) following all regulatory and nursing standards. * Collaboration: Work collaboratively with attending physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and team members to deliver high-quality patient care. * Advocacy & Education: Provide emotional support and education to patients and families during crisis situations.    Requirements: * Licensure: Valid RN License to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia. * Education: RN Diploma, ADN, BSN, or MSN. * Certification: BLS (required within 90 days), ACLS, and PALS. * Experience: Previous ED experience is required; experienced nurses looking to specialize in the ED are encouraged to apply. * Skills: Strong critical thinking, rapid assessment skills, and ability to handle high-stress situations Equal Opportunity Employer: ATC Healthcare Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
