Key Responsibilities * Triage and Assessment: Assess patient conditions upon arrival, taking vital signs, and prioritizing care based on urgency. * Patient Stabilization: Administer medications, initiate IVs, perform wound care, and provide life-saving interventions. * Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure continuity. * Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely patient records in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. * Patient/Family Education: Educate patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care. * Safety and Dignity: Adhere to evidence-based protocols to uphold safety standards, while maintaining a supportive and dignified environment.    Required Qualifications * Education: Registered Nurse (RN) License, preferably with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). * Experience: Previous Emergency Department or acute care experience is preferred. * Skills: Strong critical thinking, emergency preparedness, stress management, and clinical technical skills.    Equal Opportunity Employer: ATC Healthcare Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
