The RN ensures that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with departmental standards of care. The RN demonstrates performance consistent with the mission, philosophy and goals of the assigned unit and the organization. They remain flexible to changing systems - are expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practices, and treat staff, physicians, patients and families with consideration and respect.  * Level IV Trauma Center * Level II Stroke Center * 12 Hour Shifts * 9 Beds   How you’ll contribute  You’ll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. Responsibilities
