Get to Know Your Team: Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute. Responsibilities Accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care. Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the needs of the patient served on each of the medical surgical units including all med-surg units and rehab. Plan for the provision of patient care including the development, modification, and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care as described in the Patient Care policies and procedures. Expected to adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act as well as other regulatory and accrediting organizations including CMS and TJC. Qualifications Job Requirements: Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) Current OK RN License BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care. 1-3 years' experience
