Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prescribing nursing care, delegating nursing activities, and coordinating the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. This role is essential in providing optimal quality care that aligns with the hospital’s mission, nursing philosophy, objectives, and standards. The RN will have full access to patient health information. Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (36 hours per week) Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in North Carolina. Certification in BCLS. ACLS required within 1 year of hire. PALS required within 1 year of hire. Successful completion of a hospital and unit-specific orientation which includes age and population specific skills for the area of practice in which the RN will be working and addresses the growth and development needs for the patients for whom the RN will be providing nursing care. Must possess full range of body motion to pass a basic FIT test to include bending, stooping, standing and sitting for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
