Description Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time Day Shift Location: Meade District Hospital, Meade, KS Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift Flexible Self-Scheduling | 2 Weekends/Month Required | Sign-On Bonus Available Join our team at Meade District Hospital! We are looking for a caring and dependable full-time RN to join our day shift team. This position provides direct patient care, supports providers, and helps ensure a positive patient experience. Occasional charge nurse duties may be assigned. What We Offer Flexible self-scheduling Sign-on bonus offered Two weekends per month required Benefits: PTO, seven paid holidays, health insurance options, retirement plan Supportive team environment in a community hospital setting Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program; must have passed NCLEX Current Kansas RN license 30 CEUs every two years Current ACLS, PALS, TNCC (or willingness to renew within 3 months) CPR certification every 2 years Responsibilities Provide quality, patient-centered care Follow policies, safety practices, and infection control standards Monitor and report changes in patient condition Assist providers with exams and procedures Complete accurate and timely documentation Administer medications Perform thorough patient assessments Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and IAs Maintain patient confidentiality Attend required trainings and meetings Perform other duties as assigned If you are a compassionate RN looking for a full-time day shift position, we’d love to have you on our team.
