Position Highlights Work location: Southwest Fort Worth Hospital 6100 Harris Parkway Work environment: PACU/Pre Op/Post Op Unit Work hours: Fulltime Days, 36 hours weekly Mon-Fri variable days with call requirements. Hours are 08-2030 Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest Fort Worth (THSW) has provided quality and compassionate care to the residents of southwest Tarrant County for more than three decades. THSW is licensed for 261 beds, which includes the 54 beds at THCF, and provides a wide array of comprehensive services. Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest Fort Worth is located two miles south of Interstate 20 on Harris Parkway, one block east of Bryant Irvin Road. Education Nursing Diploma Nursing Req Or Associate's Degree Nursing Req Or Bachelor's Degree Nursing Pref Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Req Experience 1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program Req Licenses and Certifications RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Req And BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req And ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Req And PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support 90 Days Req Or ENPC - Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course 6 Months Req Skills A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment. #LI-J1
