Currently, we are seeking an experienced, self-driven Full-Time/Part-Time or Per Diem Home Health Registered Nurse RN, to provide care throughout the South Bay. As a Registered Nurse, you will evaluate the patient's overall health. Your goal will be to improve the quality of life for your patients. All medical/nursing home health services will be done in accordance with each patient's individual plan of care.
