You'll provide specialized care through chemotherapy and immunotherapy administration, patient education, telephone triage, and comprehensive assessments while collaborating closely with providers, navigators, case managers, social workers, radiation oncology, and palliative care teams. This role is ideal for nurses who excel at critical thinking, multitasking, and relationship-building, and who are passionate about delivering exceptional, patient-centered care during some of life's most challenging moments.   How you'll contribute An Infusion RN who excels in this role: * Performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and related medical care. * Documents care provided in a timely, accurate manner. * Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families. * Assists with activities of daily living (hygiene, elimination, nutrition, ambulation). * Displays initiative and flexibility to float throughout the building to support departments and staff. * Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals, psychosocial/spiritual support). * Assesses learning needs; provides age- and culture-appropriate patient/family education. * Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients. * Participates in performance improvement and required education; works other shifts/units as needed and may take on-call assignments. * Performs other duties as assigned.   Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. Responsibilities
