Key Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients. * Monitor and interpret vitals, EEG, and hemodynamic data. * Manage complex equipment including ventilators, IV pumps, and monitors. * Administer specialized medications and treatments. * Collaborate with physicians and specialists to adjust treatment plans. * Provide emotional support to families and maintain compassionate communication.
