Registered Nurse (RN) Intensive Care Unit (ICU) PRN Job Type: PRN | Days or Nights Schedule: 12 hour shifts, Days (7a-7p) or Nights (7p-7a), Must be available for a minimum of 4 shifts per month (2 of which are weekend shifts) and available for 1 major and 1 minor holiday per year. How you’ll contribute A ICU RN who excels in this role: * Manage care of ICU level patients including all critical care medications, ventilators, invasive monitoring devices, bedside procedures, rapid response and code team response, trauma RED response, and all other critical care needs. * Works professionally in collaboration with other departments such as respiratory therapy, cardiac cath lab, operating room, emergency department and all other therapies (PT, OT, ST). * Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances. * Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient. What we’re looking for Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license and possess an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Responsibilities

Manage the care of ICU patients, including the administration of critical care medications and the operation of ventilators and invasive monitoring devices. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as respiratory therapy and the cardiac cath lab to ensure comprehensive patient care.
