Interim HealthCare is seeking an exceptional RN to provide dedicated one-on-one nursing care for a medically complex pediatric client in her home. ABOUT YOUR CLIENT You'll be caring for a bright, engaging young girl who thrives with a team that supports her growth, comfort, and well-being. Her care needs include: * Developmental delays * Deafness * Non-verbal communication * G-tube feedings * Seizure monitoring and management As part of her dedicated care team, you'll help create a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment while providing skilled nursing care tailored to her individual needs. SCHEDULE Per Diem * Monday–Friday * 7:00 AM–5:00 PM * No holiday requirement WHAT YOU'LL DO * Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the home setting * Administer medications and treatments according to the care plan * Monitor for seizure activity and respond appropriately * Manage G-tube feedings and related care * Assess and document patient status and changes in condition * Collaborate with the family and interdisciplinary care team * Support the client's comfort, safety, and quality of life WHY JOIN INTERIM HEALTHCARE? * Locally owned and operated office with responsive clinical support * Weekly pay * No holiday requirement * Employee referral bonus program * Paid CPR renewal classes offered monthly * Opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and families * The autonomy of home care with the support of an experienced clinical team QUALIFICATIONS * Active Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire * Minimum of one year of nursing experience within the past five years preferred * Home care or pediatric experience preferred * Current CPR certification required (renewal classes provided by Interim HealthCare) * Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills * Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care ABOUT INTERIM HEALTHCARE Interim HealthCare is one of America's leading providers of home healthcare, hospice, and healthcare staffing services.
