You will be playing a crucial role in making our community at Lake Havasu City healthier and will be part of a team with a positive and collaborative work environment. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across disciplines to coordinate patient care as well as opportunity for growth and enhance your skills in critical care. In this position you will work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.    How you’ll contribute  A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role: * Provide appropriate care for patients moved from ICU to IMC, utilizing critical care skills and professionalism. * Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment for Angio and Medical Surgery units in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.  * Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.  * Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family. * May float to Med/Surg unit or ICU/ED if trained (experienced).   Why join us  We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse provides appropriate care for patients transitioning from ICU to IMC, utilizing critical care skills and professionalism in administering treatments and medications. This role involves developing nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and staff, while monitoring and communicating patient conditions to the care team and physicians.
