About Us -Liberty Healthcare Solutions is a trusted healthcare staffing agency providing skilled and compassionate nurses to healthcare facilities across Canada. We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Emergency Room (ER).

General Requirements (All Applicants)

  • Current, unrestricted RN license in Newfoundland & Labrador.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Nursing Diploma.
  • Minimum 2 years of recent, full-time experience in a relevant clinical setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required; additional certifications as noted by specialty.
  • Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and high-pressure environments, prioritizing patient needs effectively.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMRs) and accurate documentation.

Specialty Roles & Requirements - Emergency Room (ER)

Role: Provide rapid, high-quality care in a dynamic emergency setting, assessing, treating, and stabilizing patients alongside a multidisciplinary team. Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience.
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS, CTAS.
  • Proven ability to respond efficiently in high-stress, time-sensitive situations.

Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Role: Deliver specialized care to critically ill patients, monitoring conditions, administering treatments, and responding to life-threatening events. Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of ICU experience.
  • Critical Care Certification and ACLS required.
  • Expertise in managing complex care plans and emergencies.
