Description
Job Duties: Works collaboratively with patients, families and other health care providers to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of assigned patients.  Follows nursing Standards of Practice to ensure quality, safe patient care.  Provides supervisory oversight to assigned staff, and effectively manages supplies, equipment and other resources.     Qualifications: Nursing Associate Degree or Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.  Currently licensed as an RN in the State of Nebraska or Compact state; Current CPR/BLS.  ACLS, PALS, and NRP within one year of hire    Shift Schedule: Full-Time; 7:00AM - 7:00PM, three 12-hour shifts per week, rotating shifts between Med/Surg and ICU; with every 3rd holiday and every 3rd weekend rotation. We offer an optional weekend-only program. Details can be discussed during the interview process.
