Position: Registered Nurse RN - 2 SW (Med/Surg) Shift: Per Diem, Minimum 72 hours per a 6-week time period; 24 hours of that need to be weekends required. Experience: 2-3 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience required. Education: RN Diploma, ASN required; BSN preferred. Licensures/Certifications: 1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact. 2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
Responsibilities
Provide direct care and treatment to an adult medical/surgical patient population within a 26-bed unit. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure a positive patient experience and participate in nursing committees or research projects.
