Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Outpatient Services Schedule: Monday – Friday.  7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.   Every 3rd weekend. Medical Outpatient Services has dedicated team of nurses working together for our patients.   How you’ll contribute A Registered Nurse who excels in this role: * Performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities. * Documents patient care provided in a timely and accurate manner. * Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families. * Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals, psychosocial/spiritual support). * Assesses learning needs and delivers age/culture-appropriate patient/family education. * Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient. * Participates in performance improvement and required continuing education. * Provides quality patient care and works other shifts/units as needed; may take on-call assignments.   Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
