Our 36-bed unit is consistently busy. We admit, transfer, and discharge up to 600 patients a month. How you’ll contribute  This position coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, acts as a patient advocate and works as part of a team with ancillary and non-nursing departments.  * Assesses the patient’s condition and nursing care needs * Sets goals and prescribes appropriate nursing interventions to meet physical, psychological, social and rehabilitative needs of patients * Develops individual nursing care plans * Implements care plans and makes revisions as needed * Evaluates patient care outcomes * Collaborates with physicians and other hospital employees * Administers medications, treatments and therapies. * Communicates with patients and oversees provision of care.   Why join us  We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
