The Medical-Surgical Department at Havasu Regional Medical Center is a 40+ bed unit.  How you’ll contribute  A Medical Surgical RN who excels in this role: * Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. * Documents patient care and monitors patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family. * Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs. * Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.   Why join us  We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
