JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, coordinating with medical professionals, and supporting patient recovery. The RN will play a key role in promoting patient health and providing emotional support to patients and their families.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with hospital standards and policies.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and post-discharge care.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, infection control, and ethical practices.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in Code Blue or other emergency protocols when required.
