JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Home Healthcare Registered Nurse to provide high-quality medical and personal care to patients in the comfort of their homes. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and ensuring patient safety and well-being. Candidates must have a valid DHA license/eligibility and a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home care or community healthcare within Dubai/UAE.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
Valid DHA license or eligibility letter to practice as a Registered Nurse in Dubai.
Minimum 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience (home healthcare experience preferred).
Strong clinical, observation, and patient-care skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to home-based care environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Prior experience in home healthcare.

  • ⁠ ⁠BLS, ACLS certified (preferred)
  • ⁠ ⁠OPD, IP, Emergency, Critical Care Nurses

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Responsibilities

Deliver professional nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with prescribed medical plans.
Conduct regular assessments of patient health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
Administer medications, injections, IV therapies, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Educate patients and families on medication management, diet, lifestyle, and health maintenance.
Provide personal care support such as hygiene assistance, mobility, and daily living activities, when needed.
Document all care provided accurately in patient records in line with DHA guidelines.
Monitor patient safety, infection control, and home environment risk factors.
Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid/critical care when necessary.
Coordinate with physicians, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
Maintain confidentiality, compassion, and respect toward patients and families.
