How you'll contribute * Provides direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. * Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities. * Documents patient care provided. * Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family. * Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. * Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs. * Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstance * Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient * Participate in performance improvement and continuing education. * Provides quality patient care and works flexible shifts or units as needed. * Maintains regular and reliable attendance * Performs other duties as assigned. Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in the Neuro ICU, including administering medications, performing clinical treatments, and documenting patient conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, education, and advocacy for patients and their families.
