Assesses the needs of patients and initiates, implements and evaluates individualized plans of care. Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care. Maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units. Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel. We are looking for exceptional talent who demonstrates exceptional compassion. Must be passionate about quality patient care and serving an underserved population. Qualifications Education: Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nusring License: Must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the state of Experience: One year of mental, behavioral, med-surg, critical care, ER nursing experience preferred.ZR
