Make a Difference The Registered Nurse will be responsible for demonstrating performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, performance, the Nurse Practice Act and the mission and goals of the Community Health Network. The Registered Nurse manages patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner. The RN in the NICU will provide direct patient care in a Level III NICU. Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) 2 years' RN experience in Level III NICU required
Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse will manage patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes. The RN in the NICU will provide direct patient care in a Level III NICU.
