Our nurses provide essential care for newborns, supporting their first moments while partnering closely with families during one of life’s most meaningful transitions. How you’ll contribute A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role: * Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs * Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions * Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient * Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record * Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient * Performs timely and accurate QI assessments What we’re looking for You’ll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
