Prolific Homecare LLC | Pennsylvania Location: Bucks County, PA Pay: Competitive Schedule: Full Time / Part-time / Per Diem | Flexible weekday or weekend hours Prolific Homecare LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight and compliance support for individuals served through Pennsylvania’s Office of Developmental Programs (ODP). The RN supports ISP implementation, medication oversight, health assessments, staff training, incident follow-up, and nursing documentation to ensure services meet ODP regulations, waiver requirements, and audit standards. Qualifications & Regulatory Requirements Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience (IDD, home care, or community-based services preferred) Working knowledge of 55 Pa. Code Chapter 6100, ISP processes, and ODP incident management (or willingness to be trained) Strong clinical judgment, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Successful completion of required PA background checks (PATCH, FBI Fingerprinting, Child Abuse Clearance) Essential Duties & Responsibilities (55 Pa. Code Chapter 6100 Alignment) The RN shall perform duties consistent with, but not limited to, the following regulatory areas: Conduct nursing assessments and health monitoring in support of §6100.42 (Assessment) and §6100.141 (Individual Support Plan) Provide clinical input and recommendations for ISP development, updates, and health-related outcomes Oversee medication administration practices in accordance with §6100.181–§6100.186 (Medication Administration) Review, follow up, and provide clinical guidance related to reportable incidents per §6100.401–§6100.405 (Incident Management) Participate in the investigation, documentation, and corrective action planning for incidents involving health, medication errors, injuries, or hospitalizations Train and support direct support professionals (DSPs) on health-related needs, medication administration, and participant-specific medical protocols Maintain accurate, timely, and audit-ready nursing documentation consistent with §6100.31–§6100.35 (Records) Collaborate with Supports Coordinators, program specialists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care Support agency compliance with §6100.51–§6100.55 (Quality Management) activities and licensing requirements
