We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses with experience in both pediatric and adult ICU care to join our homecare team. The ideal candidates should be proficient in managing critical care needs in a home setting and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in pediatric and adult ICU cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide pediatric and adult ICU-level care in a homecare setting, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration
Manage and operate critical medical equipment, including mechanical ventilators, infusion pumps, tracheostomy care, suctioning, and PEG/NG feeding
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to create and implement personalized care plans for both pediatric and adult patients in the homecare setting
Monitor patients’ progress, vital signs, and medical data while ensuring their comfort and safety in a home environment
Educate patients and their families on health management, medical equipment usage, and preventive care
Provide emotional support to patients and families in a compassionate, family-centered environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

DHA License or DHA Eligibility (Required)
Valid Nursing Degree/Diploma from an accredited institution
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience (pediatric and/or adult)
Proficient in the use of medical equipment such as mechanical ventilators, tracheostomy care, suctioning, infusion pumps, PEG, and NG feeding
Experience providing nursing care in homecare settings (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in family-centered care
Ability to work independently and manage high-pressure situations in a homecare environment
Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented
