CoreRN is a Seattle-born startup building a concierge pediatric private-duty nursing service for long-duration cases (6 to 24+ months). We staff 2–3 consistent LPN primaries for real continuity and provide RN oversight (Start-of-Care, weekly touchpoints, quarterly in-home QA). WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

As our Pediatric Home Health Clinical Liaison, you’ll lay the groundwork now, opening referral loops with concierge/DPC pediatric PCPs, subspecialty clinics (ENT/Pulm/Neuro), and hospital discharge teams, so we launch with warm cases and 48-hour start capacity on day one.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (PRE-LAUNCH → LAUNCH)

• Open the market: Weekly touches with concierge/DPC PCPs, pediatric clinics, discharge planners; deliver 10–15 minute in-service huddles.
• Build a live pipeline: schedule same-day family fit calls; coordinate RN Start-of-Care (SOC); line up equipment/supplies; lock day-one nursing schedules.
• Communicate clearly: share a live capacity board (next 2 weeks of start slots) and send concise weekly RN updates to practices (HIPAA releases in place).
• Protect continuity & quality: design cases with 2–3 primary LPNs + float coverage; ensure weekly RN check-ins and quarterly QA are on the calendar.
• Track & improve KPIs: time-to-start ≤48h, weekly fill ≥90%, continuity ≥75–80%, 90-day retention, family NPS.

Morning clinic huddle → confirm open start slots → same-day family fit call → schedule RN SOC for tomorrow → coordinate supplies → deliver a 15-minute in-service at a concierge practice → message concise updates to referrers → close loops on your live cases.
