Description Outpatient Clinical Registered Nurse Conifer Park is looking for a Per Diem -Day Time Registered Nurse to join our team in Plattsburgh, NY. The RN is responsible for assessing physical, psychosocial, spiritual, self-care, environmental, and discharge planning needs of patients. Our Registered Nurses function as part of an interdisciplinary team and participate in facility and department meetings. Requirements Associates Degree, Current NYS RN License with a minimum of 1 year experience in acute care/mental health/chemical dependency nursing, Experience conducting physical assessments and current CPR certification.
