Description Outpatient Clinical Registered Nurse Conifer Park is looking for a Per Diem -Day Time Registered Nurse to join our team in Plattsburgh, NY. The RN is responsible for assessing physical, psychosocial, spiritual, self-care, environmental, and discharge planning needs of patients. Our Registered Nurses function as part of an interdisciplinary team and participate in facility and department meetings. Schedule: Monday shift 6:30am-3:00pm + Vacations and Call Outs Coverage Requirements Associates Degree, Current NYS RN License with a minimum of 1 year experience in acute care/mental health/chemical dependency nursing, Experience conducting physical assessments and current CPR certification.
