The Role As an RN, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, supporting individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with physicians and therapists to ensure the delivery of safe and effective psychiatric services. You will be a cornerstone of our patient-centered care model, requiring clinical expertise and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities Include: Clinical Care: Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and monitor progress. Medical Tasks: Administer medications, perform phlebotomy as needed, and conduct skin checks and nutrition reviews. Crisis Management: Participate in de-escalation, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care practices. Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records within the electronic medical record (EMR). Family Engagement: Communicate health and treatment updates effectively with parents and guardians. Supervision: Oversee medication administration systems and train staff on best practices for hygiene and infection control. What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications: Current, valid RN licensure in the state of Utah. Active CPR and First-Aid certification. Ability to pass a federal background check. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage stressful situations with professionalism and empathy.
