How you'll contribute The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care through assessments, nursing interventions, documentation, and interdisciplinary coordination, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. * Accurately performs patient assessments and identified patient needs.  * Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions. * Provides patient and family teaching throughout the rehabilitation stay and prior to discharge. * Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient. * Works cooperatively and actively participates with other members of the interdisciplinary team.
