How you'll contribute * Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. * Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. * Documents patient care and monitors patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family. * Assists patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. * Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs. * Provides patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances. * Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients. * Participate in performance improvement and continuing education. * Maintains regular and reliable attendance. * Performs other duties as assigned Why Join Us: * We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. License/Certifications: * Current RN license in state of practice * BCLS required.
