Job Summary As a PCU Registered Nurse, you will bridge the gap between Intensive Care (ICU) and general Med/Surg. You will manage higher-acuity patients requiring close monitoring, advanced medication administration, and immediate stabilization in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities * Clinical Care: Conduct comprehensive assessments, interpret cardiac rhythms, and manage complex, high-risk patients requiring continuous telemetry and advanced interventions.
