POSITION SUMMARY The Registered Nurse (RN) provides and oversees nursing care in accordance with physician orders, professional standards of practice, and state regulations. The RN serves as a leader on the unit by supporting nursing staff and ensuring exceptional resident care and clinical outcomes.
