About the Job: The Registered Nurse (Special Care Nursery) is a vital member of the Patient Care Services team, providing specialized nursing care to infants from newborn through six months of age who require advanced clinical support beyond routine newborn care. Patients may present with a wide range of conditions requiring interventions such as CPAP and mechanical ventilation. This role follows a competency-based orientation program to ensure proficiency in caring for the Special Care Nursery population while delivering high-quality, patient-centered, evidence-based care.
