Supported 24/7 by an experienced on-shift supervisor, along with a dedicated multidisciplinary team including surgical technicians, emergency service technicians, unit clerks, pharmacy staff, social workers, transport personnel, and our own team of attending physicians and providers. This is a prime location for nurses seeking continuous learning, professional growth, and the chance to thrive in a collaborative, high-performance environment.   How you’ll contribute  A Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor who excels in this role: * Evaluate-- Independently evaluates and determines work assignments and evaluates job * performance, recognizes performances. * Assigns and Directs Work—Covers call-offs, adjusts schedule as needed. * Adjusts Grievances-- Meets with employees to listen to and resolve employee issues and * grievance. * Discipline-- Implements performance improvements including verbal counseling. * Exercises Supervisory Authority-- Develops and implements department and/or hospital policy; insures all employees are trained in policy; exercises discretion, independent of policy to insure proper function of department or subdepartment. * Supervise staff delivering patient care within Emergency Services.   Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. What we’re looking for  Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Responsibilities
