Description Delmar Gardens of Gwinnett is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor/Weekend Shift Supervisor to join our beautiful skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) currently licensed by the State of Georgia. Experience in Geriatric Nursing Care preferred. The responsibility of the weekend supervisor will be to provide direct nursing care to our dear residents, supervise and lead nursing activities performed by nursing assistants, oversee CMT's during their medication pass, reorder medications as needed, ensure all physicians’ orders are carried out or appropriate arrangements are made, abide by current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility. The successful candidates will be licensed in the State of Georgia, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in geriatric medicine. Prior long term care experience is a plus. Responsibilities

The weekend supervisor is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising nursing assistants, including overseeing medication passes by CMTs and ensuring all physician orders are carried out or arranged for. This role also requires adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the facility.
