Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.   How you'll contribute: * Provides direct patient care in the outpatient surgical setting using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. * Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities. * Documents patient care provided. * Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family. * Assists patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. * Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs. * Evaluates learning needs of patients and families; provides education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances. * Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients * Participate in performance improvement and continuing education. * Provides quality patient care and works flexible shifts/units as needed. * Maintains regular and reliable attendance. * Performs other duties as assigned.      Why Join Us: We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
