Coordinate care plans, manage symptoms, and support families. Collaborate closely with physicians, aides, social workers, and chaplains. Serve as a trusted guide through end-of-life journeys with empathy and skill. Requirements Licensed RN in Maryland, with current CPR certification. 1–2 years of acute care experience (hospice/home care a plus). Strong clinical judgment and compassionate communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
