Our vibrant campus offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Transitional Care Unit (TCU), and Hospice. Residents enjoy access to amenities including a fitness center, pool, pub, theater, and gourmet dining. We are currently hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our TCU team and provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents across our community. Wage: $36.00/hr. – $43.93/hr. Schedule: Full-Time Days What You’ll Do Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols Assess residents’ physical, mental, and emotional health needs and adjust care plans accordingly Develop and implement individualized care plans to support short-term and long-term resident needs Supervise and support caregiving staff, ensuring care strategies are consistently followed Advocate for residents’ best interests while educating residents and families on care plans Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes promptly Ensure nursing documentation is accurate and timely within EMR systems Participate in infection control, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance initiatives Foster a resident-centered environment that promotes dignity, safety, and well-being What We’re Looking For Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing CPR and First Aid certification Ability to work in federally funded healthcare programs Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in Skilled Nursing, TCU, long-term care, assisted living, or memory care Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems Experience with geriatric care and chronic disease management "At Episcopal Homes of Minnesota, we value a diverse, inclusive workforce and we provide equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees.
