We’re currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our compassionate and dynamic team at Braddan Private Hospital, located in the scenic Kitsilano neighborhood of Vancouver, B.C.

• Coordinating resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Completing resident assessments and leading the care planning process
• Administering medications, wound care, and treatments
• Utilizing PointClickCare for accurate electronic charting and completing MDS assessments
• Communicating with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Taking on Charge Nurse responsibilities when required
• Delegating tasks and supporting unregulated care staff
• Participating in care conferences and medication reviews
