Description

JOIN A MISSION-DRIVEN MOVEMENT BUILT FOR CAREGIVERS

At OneNursing.ca, we are reimagining what healthcare staffing should look like. We put frontline caregivers first and connect them directly with opportunities that match their skills and preferences.
We are building a transparent online marketplace where healthcare workers can create detailed profiles, set their availability, and be matched with hospitals and long-term care facilities across Ontario. This ensures that you stay in control, clients find the right fit, and the entire process remains clear and fair.
We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) who are passionate about providing care in underserved remote Indigenous communities across Northern Ontario. You will play a critical role in supporting local health teams and delivering compassionate, culturally sensitive care where it’s needed most.
Our model ensures that most of the hourly rate goes directly to you, the clinician. Because you work hard, and we care.
