Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Ultrasound - OB/GYN / General(Nights) Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Ultrasound - OB/GYN / General for a 13-week travel assignment in Lawton, OK. Contract Details Nights, 12; 7p-7a M - Thursday Start Date: 4/13/2026 Contract: 13 weeks Location: Lawton, OK Weekend Requirements: 1 weekend call every 6-7th On Call Requirements: Occasional weekend day time call Hourly Pay: $28.00 Non-taxed Stipend: $1,085.00 Weekly Total Pay: $1,841.00 A Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable to perform the nursing process as a basis for patient care. RNs provide direction and oversight to other licensed and non-licensed staff. RNs show compassion to recipients of services, coworkers, and surrounding communities through integrity, stewardship, empowerment, the promotion of diversity, and professional excellence. The Registered Nurse must demonstrate excellent customer service and have enthusiasm for the program and the Pine Rest organization. Key Responsibilities: Assesses person’s served care needs, develops a plan of care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, and continually reassesses plan of care according to person’s served care needs. In collaboration with the physician, provides/coordinates nursing care to individuals and groups of person’s served. Assists in the teaching of persons’ served families, and provides milieu management. Communicates with and educates persons’ served families/significant others in discharge/after care planning needs. Provides a safe and secure environment for persons served and staff in both individual and group settings. Responsible for documenting, reporting, and verifying all necessary information according to established policies and procedures. Responsible to monitor for and report to the physician(s) any potential risk to person’s served safety that could lead to an adverse outcome. Operating imaging equipment, and reviewing images to be sure they are of good quality and helpful for diagnosis. Identifying normal and abnormal imaging results, communicating a summary of the results to physicians or other health professionals, and alerting physicians to urgent problems.
