Shift: Full-Time (No Scheduled Weekends), PRN Responsibilities Otterbein is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Home Health (RN) Case Manager. This role is responsible for primary caseload. This position provides skilled professional nursing care to patients, their families and caregivers as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with the Home Health Medicare Conditions of Participation, Ohio Home Health licensure laws and agency policies and procedures. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
