Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing pain management team. The RN will play a vital role in assessing, performing pre and post op duties, and implementing individualized care plans for patients experiencing pain, while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive pain assessments and document findings accurately. Administer pain relief medications and monitor patient responses. Assist physicians with interventional pain procedures (e.g., injections, nerve blocks). Educate patients and families on pain management strategies, medication safety, and lifestyle modifications. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Requirements Current RN license in the state of Tennessee. BLS certification required; ACLS preferred. Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (pain management or related specialty preferred; new graduates welcome). Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient education skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment.
