Pay Range: $37.45 - $48.10 per hour based on experience and status; plus earn $2.25 per hour night shift differential. What You’ll Be Responsible For The primary purpose of the Registered Nurse (RN) is to utilize the nursing process in planning and providing direct care to residents as assigned. The nurse will plan, direct and carry out shift routines in assigned nursing unit and observe, direct and evaluate the activities of personnel as the person “in charge” according to the Nurse Practice Act. Will assume “Building Charge” responsibilities as directed by the DON or Designee. * Provides Leadership and Direction on Assigned Unit. * Maintains competence in all required skills within assigned area(s). * Charting, Documentation and Assessment Functions * Personnel Functions * Serve on, participate in and attend various committees and meetings of the facility to enhance interdisciplinary process. * Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities
